The Youth Leaders Christian Conference is motivational, high-energy gathering to inspire youth leaders ages 19-30 and 31 + with fresh vision and courage.

Youth Ministry today in and outside of the Church is filled with happiness, joy and excitement but also real challenges, repetitive preparations, late weeknights, spiritual fatigue, and the growing pressures youth leaders face in caring for some of God’s youngest people.

Yet this is also a moment of profound opportunity of guidance through collaborative wisdom shaped by conversation, shared insights and growth.

Join us in seasons of perfect timing as we trust in God to bring fresh strength, renewed vision, and surprising new movements of His Spirit. The Youth Leaders Christian Conference (YLCC) is a two day conference + 1 day of community celebration is created to equip and encourage youth pastors, youth ministry leaders, camp counsellors, faith based educational institutions teachers, teachers assistance, health care aids, youth volunteers and their teams to grow in courage, clarity and authenticity. Ministry is a calling, and before the new season begins, summer camp registration takes full swing and school admission peaks, with God by our side we're making a way to hear God's voice with confidence as each of us step boldly into their God-given purpose.
